...AND THE AWARD GOES TO? TOO? TWO? LOL

I have always maintained high standards for myself, and I expect the same from those I interact with, especially on a romantic level.

I seek meaningful, intellectual conversations that span a variety of topics. So, when someone asks me questions that feel elementary, I can’t help but think, "Are we really doing this?"

Recently, I had an interaction that felt like a flashback to fourth grade.

I was waiting for him to ask, "Do you like me? Yes or no?" It was as if I was back in school, circling my answer with a bright orange marker, complete with pigtails and colorful shoes.

Seriously, how old are we now?

I’ve grown tired of repeating myself to men who can’t seem to keep up.

So, in a fit of frustration, I decided to pull up a seat at the kids' table and play a game of tic-tac-toe. Unsurprisingly, he didn’t seem to enjoy it.

But honestly, what else could I do?

Maybe I'm wrong, or perhaps I'm overexaggerating the state of modern dating. But can you really justify this type of introduction?

I suppose there's some truth in the saying, "When you go to the circus, be prepared to be entertained by clowns."

For those of you without a hint of sarcasm? This example of the text below is only for shits and giggles. Nothing to be taken seriously. I am totally kidding. (Maybe) LOL
